📌 Whether you’re contributing as a reader or promoting your books as an author, the Village provides clear tools to track every stage of your journey.

📖 Tracking Your Promotions

📍 Go to the Author Office to get a complete overview of your active and completed promotions.

Here you’ll find three main categories:

🔄 Active Promotions

These are the promotions currently circulating in the Libraries of other Village members or in your ARC List, but they haven’t been booked by a reader yet.

📌 No action needed: the system will continue showing these promotions to the most compatible users until they’re booked.

⏱️ On average, they’re booked within 24–36 hours, thanks to our continuously optimized algorithm.

📘 Promotions Booked

These are the promotions that have already been booked by a reader.

📌 For each, you’ll see the deadline by which the assignment is expected to be completed with the Amazon review.

✅ Promotions Completed

These are the promotions for which the review has already been posted on Amazon and is awaiting verification by the BookVillage team.

📌 For every review, you’ll see the estimated time within which BookVillage expects to complete the verification.

📚 Tracking Your Assignments

📍 Go to the Reader Office to follow every assignment you’ve booked.

Here you can:

✅ Check the active completion window (Days 5–7)

✅ See which assignments still need you to submit the Amazon review link

✅ View the history of assignments you’ve already completed

📢 Tip: The system will send you email reminders to

⏳ Alert you of upcoming completion deadlines

📬 Remind you to paste the live review link when needed

📬 Customize Your Notifications

📌 To avoid flooding your inbox, BookVillage reduces daily notification frequency by default.

✅ However, you can go to the Notifications section and set your preferences to receive more or fewer updates as needed.
